The experience at Sandles Car Supermarket was good because it’s really simple. I like that you can browse the cars on the website, find out what you want to look at and even get a quick quote for part exchange before visiting the shop so I felt really prepared when I went. Looking round and test driving was really easy and staff were very helpful. Gina was great, she was very friendly and made the effort to make us feel welcome. Everything was explained well and I was given options to choose from, I felt like I could make an informed choice. When I collected my new car, it was beautifully clean and shiny. Gina had parked it right out the front so it was the first car I saw pulling in, it was a nice touch! Very happy with my first experience with Sandles.

We recently purchased our new family car with Sandles, and have fully converted to full electric! Everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to. Gina was great—no pressure, just honest advice and really helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all our questions and helped us find the perfect car for our family needs. The whole process was smooth, from test driving to collecting the car. A special thanks to Gina for helping us transfer our private plates onto our new car for collection day and guiding us through the process over the phone. I'd recommend Sandles Car Supermarket because they take time to understand the needs of their customers. We were returning from living overseas and saw the car online 2 weeks prior to our flight back to the UK. After contacting them, Sandles held the car for us under the same terms as a normal deposit. When we arrived for the test drive there were no hard sales tactics or pressure to buy - if we did not like the car we could have walked away even though they’d held it back for us. In the end, we purchased it, with Sandles completing some minor cosmetic repairs to alloys and paint ahead of our collection, all without hesitation. The whole process was a pleasure and we will definitely consider buying our next vehicle from them. Our sales rep Gina was a pleasure to deal with and is a real asset to the company. We have already recommended Sandles and Gina directly to a friend who is purchasing imminently. In sum, a five star service from the start.
